Were you dragged to the television to watch a Major and now you are hooked and inspired to become a great golfer? Or perhaps you have watched your father go off to play golf week-end after week-end and now its your turn! The desire to play golf has no age limits, unlike many other sports that have an average ‘deadline’ for which you can prove yourself and be successful. Most golfers just focus lessons on how to swing a club, how to putt or how to play a certain shot, not on what to eat before or while playing 18 holes.  Playing golf using an electric golf trolley helps to reduce the risks of muscle fatigue and to maintain good posture during the game. Practice and more practice will build the right techniques to better your game. A strong mental attitude will keep you focus on every golf swing and putt. But, if you follow a poor eating plan this can affect all the elements you have addressed and been working hard at.

Every golfing related website has tips and advice on how to improve your game and lower your handicap. These generally look at how to better the mechanics of your golf swing and putting. While these elements of your game are vital in order to demonstrate improvement, your fitness levels are also important.
