Practice and more practice will build the right techniques to better your game. A strong mental attitude will keep you focus on every golf swing and putt. But, if you follow a poor eating plan this can affect all the elements you have addressed and been working hard at.

Sport psychology is about learning to think in the most effective and efficient way possible. In golf this applies to a way of consistently thinking and playing under the fire of competitive pressure. The role of a golf caddy, remote-controlled or electric golf trolley is to free a golfer of the challenges of carrying their golf equipment around the golf course, thereby helping them to control their thoughts and be more consistent in lowering their scores (the fact that we never see a professional golfer carrying their golf equipment should be proof enough).

Golfers generally have four main options when it comes to getting themselves and their clubs around the course - the use of a golf cart, electric golf trolley, manual push trolley or carrying a golf bag.  A golf cart, carrying you and your equipment is a great option.  Although popular this method means that you are not getting the full health benefits that walking the course can offer.  Walking keeps your energy levels up, and is a good cardio workout recommended as a simple and effective form of exercise by health professionals.
