Golf is a game of mental attitude, physical strength and balance. Good posture is also important as it is key to improving your golf swing. Carrying golf clubs around the course in a
golf trolley rather than in a golf bag slung over the shoulder helps maintain good posture during a game. Specific strengthening exercises should be done at least five times a week and a relaxed mental attitude with a confident spirit is what you need every time you walk on to the golf course.
